Respect. Professionalism. Loyalty.
The Law Office of Alexandru Măglaș was established by decision of the Bucharest Bar in March 2020 and is coordinated by the titular attorney Alexandru Măglaș (Bucharest Bar member since 2017; fully qualified attorney since 2019). The office focuses on matters where documents, procedural deadlines and a coherent strategy built on facts make the difference.

What the law office aims for in practice
In real cases, clients usually need three things: (1) clarity on procedure (what the documents mean and what follows), (2) clarity on deadlines (what must not be missed), and (3) clarity on options (what each route realistically involves). That is the starting point for any serious strategy.
Procedural rigour
Jurisdiction, admissibility, deadlines, evidence and procedural sequence are checked early. In many files, the decisive factor is procedure, not abstract “fairness”.
Scenario clarity
You receive realistic options and trade-offs, including uncertainty where it exists, so decisions are made on facts rather than assumptions.
Strong drafting & argument
Submissions should be structured and supported by documents, evidence and legal grounds. A clear structure supports substance.
Where alternatives exist (negotiated outcomes, calibrated commitments, phased compliance, settlements), the analysis includes practical variables: time, costs, probability, and secondary effects (tax, administrative, reputational). The goal is a useful result, not a theoretical win.
How the collaboration works
The first phase aims to avoid procedural mistakes and bring order to the file: facts, documents, timeline, deadlines. The work then moves in disciplined stages.
- We map the situation and urgent deadlines. Procedural position, key documents, and any short deadlines or immediate measures.
- We assess risks and scenarios. Options and consequences are discussed in plain terms, including what is likely, what is possible, and what is unrealistic.
- We build a strategy. Objective, arguments, evidence, and a procedural calendar.
- We execute and adjust when needed. Strategy is updated if new documents, evidence or changes in context appear.
- Clarity on costs and communication. Scope, deliverables and fee structure are agreed in writing; updates are predictable.
