Delivery Policy for Legal Services

The services delivered by Măglaș Alexandru – Law Office (the “Law Office”) are provided under a legal assistance contract and are delivered through the communication channels agreed between the Law Office and the client at the time the legal assistance contract is concluded. The chosen communication channel may be expressly stated in the legal assistance contract.

The fee for the legal services delivered is agreed by mutual consent between the Law Office and the client through the legal assistance contract, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Any delivery timeline is agreed by mutual consent between the Law Office and the client.

Where the legal services involve representation, the Law Office informs the client about the performance of such services through the communication channels agreed between the Law Office and the client, except where the client expressly informs the Law Office that they do not wish to receive such updates.

The delivery of services is governed by the applicable Romanian legislation—particularly Law no. 51/1995 and the Statute of the legal profession adopted by the UNBR (Romanian National Union of Bar Associations).
